How can Obama claim that he is not raising taxes except on the rich?

I ran it again for a low income family, making only $30,000 a year: $1,353.00

That a very significant tax on the poor, about 4.5 %

People with $10,000 income:  $684 increase, a tax on the really poor at about 5.7%

What a completely regressive tax!
