NEA Tells Artists: Serve the State

The White House has allegedly illegally coordinated a message to the NEA through Buffy Wicks, Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement.

 Breitbart broke more corruption news by releasing an audio recording and transcript of a controversial conference call that took place in early August between officials at the National Endowment for the Arts, the White House Office of Public Engagement, the Corporation for National and Community Service, and various people in the arts community who had supported President Obama's campaign.

Although no teleprompter can be seen, it is believed that this is indeed President Obama posing for some of the positive agenda item artwork that was to be generated by the NEA as propaganda for Obamacare. The photographer couldn't confirm the purpose of the duck.

Apparently so many law abiding individuals made such a stink about this "inappropriate" NEA call that the White House set up new guidelines to make sure it doesn't happen again.
