Tyranny in any other name

If Congress passes the Senate healthcare bill, according to the CBO analysis, American families will be required by federal law to buy a federally approved health insurance plan that will cost a minimum of $12,000 per year.

Idaho passed a law saying this is unconstitutional, and will prevent this mandate.
I think it would be prudent to move to any state that has such a law.
