Obama at CMU

Obama: We're doing all we can in the Gulf, and oh, yes, we need to reduce our dependence on foreign oil. 

But wait, if he just signed an edict turning off all drilling in the gulf (that's domestic), then what will we fill our tanks with? Is it just me, or is that illogical?
