ha ha ha ha Obama: "I didn't set a red line. The world set a red line."

"If you've got a Red Line, you didn't draw that. Someone else made that happen."

Before, when Obama said chemical weapons use in Syria was a "red line," it was an "off the cuff" remark we should disregard. Now, it was the world's red line. Apparently words don't matter.
