Separation of Liberalism and State

Here it is, it's right there written in the Constitution! And when combined with the Liberty endowed by our Creator and written down in the Declaration of Independence, you can see that indeed there is a 'Separation of Liberalism and State'. Start rolling back the big government programs today!

• Ninth Amendment – Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

I just found it in the constitution.

Every American can and should file suits against all the federal laws that congress has passed which take away our individual liberties in favour of collectivism.
